Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

By registering an account, ordering a game server, using the client portal, or accessing any infrastructure provided by VajraClouds ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access our platform or services.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration details, including your valid email address for server access credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and Pterodactyl panel tokens. VajraClouds shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard credentials.

3. Automated Server Provisioning & Delivery

Eligible server and compute plans are provisioned via platform APIs after verified transaction confirmation through our payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe) or verified UPI reference. If network anomalies delay automated build completion, your order transitions safely to our retry queue without double-charging.

4. Billing, Renewal & Expiration Policy

  • Billing Cycles: Services are offered on 30-day monthly or discounted quarterly billing cycles.
  • No Hidden Fees: All pricing displayed on our storefront is authoritative and includes full hardware and port allocation access.
  • Suspension: Unrenewed servers are automatically suspended upon expiration. Our automated suspension daemon strictly complies with our Zero Deletion Invariant—actively running or unconfirmed servers are never deleted arbitrarily.
  • Data Retention: Suspended server container data is preserved for a grace period of 7 days before archival termination.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Your use of VajraClouds hardware is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The following activities result in immediate termination without refund:

Prohibited: Outbound DDoS, port scanning, or malicious network attacks.
Prohibited: Cryptocurrency mining (Monero, Bitcoin, etc.) on server nodes.
Prohibited: Torrenting, illegal warez, or copyrighted media distribution.
Prohibited: Fork bombs, deliberate kernel panic exploits, or node crash scripts.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain enterprise NVMe storage arrays, off-site backup capabilities, and automated daemon health monitoring, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain periodic independent world and plugin backups. Under no circumstances shall VajraClouds or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss or third-party connectivity disruptions beyond our control.
