Network Integrity Standard

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Guidelines for fair server resource consumption, security compliance, and network safety.

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy outlines prohibited actions on all VajraClouds infrastructure, including Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC and AMD Ryzen 9 compute nodes, storage volumes, and network ports. By running any container or process, you agree to maintain community safety and protect neighboring tenants from noisy-neighbor interference.

2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Activities

Network Attacks & DDoS: Launching or participating in Denial of Service attacks, spoofing, packet flooding, network scanning, or port probing results in immediate IP blocking and container termination.
Cryptocurrency Mining: Using CPU cycles or GPU passthrough to mine Monero, Bitcoin, Ravencoin, or any Proof-of-Work cryptocurrency is strictly forbidden.
Malware & Botnets: Hosting Command & Control (C2) servers, trojans, ransomware payloads, phishing landing pages, or unsolicited email spam bots.
Copyright & Piracy: Hosting unauthorized warez, torrent seedboxes, cracked game distributions, or content violating copyright laws.

3. Fair Resource Usage Policy

VajraClouds game servers are provisioned with dedicated memory and generous CPU allocations. However, processes designed deliberately to hold 100% CPU across multiple cores uninterrupted for 24+ hours (e.g. infinite unoptimized loops, fork bombs) are subject to automated CPU throttling to maintain host stability.

4. Suspension & Appeals Process

If our security monitoring detects an AUP violation, the affected container will be suspended and an emergency alert sent to your registered email. To appeal a false positive suspension, submit an urgent ticket under Server Issues within 48 hours explaining the root cause and mitigation steps.
